Lockheed Martin has been a long-time supporter of the Safe America Foundation. And, this fall, the firm has recommitted support to help expand the Safe America veterans’ program.
“We’re delighted to see Lockheed’s commitment,” noted Safe America CEO Len Pagano. “No one is more committed to veterans and their families than Lockheed – and we look forward to doing more ‘good’ in their name.”
Among the events being supported this fall with Lockheed’s contribution will be the ‘WorldSafe Summit.’ Held on October 26-27 at the Omni Hotel at CNN Center, the Conference will look at the continuing need to address long-term concerns such as PTSD, suicidal trends and helping veterans establish long-term careers.
“Thanks to the work of our Veterans Task Force – and Board member Jim Parejko – we will be adding new elements in 2018 to assist veterans in finding resources online – through our VETV site,” noted Pagano.
